Day 31: Metro.
Song: Escape (The Pina Colada Song) // By: Rupert Holmes

"I'm nobody's poet."

Today offered a new level of Hawaiian gusto into an otherwise ordinary life. One can never have too many Christmas-colored leis or cheese cubes.

Song: Arms (While The Fire Dies Version) // By: Seabear

When all I want to do is stay inside,

Nineteen

Day 19: Diagonals.
Song: Nights in White Satin // By: The Moody Blues

“Nights in white satin,
Never reaching the end.”

It’s definitely -10 F windchill outside. And the heater in our room is definitely smelling like a severely burned hair dryer and making sounds of death. If we are the cause of the fire alarm going off tonight, I’m going to cry.

It was the kind of cold today that makes even your eyelashes shiver. But my giraffe boots were happy.
